Learn to Meditate in 2017

With an emphasis on mindfulness these meditation practices are introduced in a safe and gentle way – suitable for beginners or those returning to meditation – we will practice concentration techniques including breath awareness, mindfulness practices and deep relaxation – ongoing support is offered by way of monthly drop-in classes and free weekly community group meditation.

This 8 week course is being held in the beautiful bushland surrounds of Lake Parramatta (in the meeting room beside the cafe), enter via 28 Bourke Street, North Parramatta.
