The Melbourne Meditation Centre’s Mini-Retreats are an invitation to spend a day dedicated to yourself, in the company of like-minded meditators. On this one-day urban retreat you’ll explore how to customise meditation according to your own needs and how to work with your own thoughts and emotions in order to find balance without relying on an app or external guidance. Come along and:
  • fine tune your meditation and mindfulness skills

  • develop core mindfulness skills such as acceptance, curiosity and kindness
