This mindfulness-based day retreat is suitable for participants wishing to deepen their practice or those wanting to experience yoga and mindfulness for the first time. Experience the interconnectedness of yoga and mindfulness as you explore non-judgment, patience, non-striving, letting be and kind curiosity.

Come home to the body, mind and heart through these gentle nurturing practices, opening to the wisdom of your own body. Restorative yoga is a practice where your body is supported by yoga props; slow fluid yoga sequencing, walking meditation, guided mindfulness meditation and silence.
