Meditation Australia invites you to A Day of Self Care For Meditation Teachers.
Sunday 24th October 10am – 4pm
Join us for a day of healing and reconnection, an online day of nurturing to reinvigorate you and your meditation practice.
We want to remind you that as teachers looking to your own self care, your own practice, is as important as how you look after your students.
This year more than ever, meditation teachers are helping people in so many ways, and the need to give back to ourselves is even greater, take this opportunity to care for yourself.
Our program includes five great presentations; each one specially chosen to create this day of self care and professional development.
