Emma is a seasoned meditation instructor with a deep passion for guiding individuals and groups through meditation, breathwork and mindful movement

My mission is to empower people from all walks of life, whether beginners or experienced practitioners, to cultivate their physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. I aspire to use my compassion and experience to inspire others, to create a community of shared experiences and growth. I firmly believe that life is a journey of learning and self-discovery, and meditation and breathwork are essential tools for personal development and wellbeing.

With a passion for Qigong and Ancient Practices I’ve gained a comprehensive understanding of the transformative effects of meditation and movement and numerous certifications from the Long White Cloud Qigong Academy.
As a qualified and experienced primary school teacher, I’ve seen firsthand how meditation positively influences young minds and promotes holistic growth. This reaffirms my belief in the power of meditation to enrich personal and collective wellbeing.
I’m excited to continue this journey and share my expertise with you all. Let’s embark on a path of self- awareness, growth and wellbeing together.

What’s the story behind your first meditation experience?
Meditation is a daily life affirming practice.
My meditation journey began with dance and expressive movement in my younger years, where I found what I now know was a meditative state. However, as life got busier, stress and overwhelm began to overtake my life.

Seeking balance in this modern whirlwind, I found solace in meditation, building practice and resilience through mindful movement and breathwork based in the ancient practice of Qigong. Building a meditation practice has been a transformative path that’s allowed me to regain calm, focus and life purpose amidst life’s chaos.
