Meditation Australia makes every attempt to ensure that all information is correct at the time of publication. However, we reserve the right to amend any or all of the information on event, social media, and website pages without notice.

Online tickets will be removed from sale 24 hours PRIOR to the commencement of this event or at the discretion of Meditation Australia. In-person ticket sales will be removed from sale, unless sold out, up to 24 hours PRIOR to the commencement of the event.

All prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of ticket booking fee.

Your receipt will be issued and emailed to you after payment, no tickets will be issued for in-person sales, please bring some id on the day for registration purposes.

For those purchasing online tickets, the viewing link will be emailed to you the day before the event.

As a condition of sale, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Meditation Australia reserves the right to cancel, make changes to the program or re-schedule any workshop or part of this event if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient registrations received or for the safety or comfort of all participants. If Meditation Australia cancels the event, a refund (less the credit card fees) will apply. Meditation Australia cannot be held liable or responsible for any additional expenses that you may have incurred related to the booking.


If in-person tickets for this event should be Sold Out, Meditation Australia is not liable or responsible for any additional expenses that you may have incurred – for example: flights, accommodation, (ie:  you purchased your flights and accommodation), prior to having your e-ticket paid for and confirmed by Meditation Australia.

COVID specific information. We are bound by the COVID requirements of the venue, William Angliss Institute who are bound by current Victorian government guidelines. All mandates around vaccine and masks have been lifted. Should this situation alter we will notify you. Should there be an alteration to Government guidelines due to an unexpected COVID issue, the event will become online only. If you have purchased an in-person ticket you will be refunded the difference less bank fees. If things progress as intended but should you personally decide to change from in person to online there will be no refund of the difference.


Meditation Australia prohibits the use of audio and visual recording equipment in all of its events and venues, unless expressly authorised by Meditation Australia. By way of respecting our presenters body of work, and as requested by presenters publishers, producers etc – you are not able to film or otherwise record any event or performance produced by Meditation Australia.

We reserve the right to record, broadcast or telecast any event. If you are photographed, filmed or taped whilst attending an event or performance produced or organised by Meditation Australia you consent to Meditation Australia or third parties appointed or approved by Meditation Australia photographing, filming and taping you.  If for any reason you do NOT wish this, please contact askus@meditationaustralia.org.au

Meditation Australia or third parties appointed by Meditation Australia can broadcast, publish, license and use any photographs, film, recordings and images of you without compensation. Meditation Australia, the third parties and anyone acquiring from them a right to use the material are not liable to you in any way for its use. If you attend as an online delegate and do not wish to have your photograph taken, please turn off video when entering the session.


Every effort has been made to ensure that our website, e-newsletter, social media and any associated advertising for our events is accurate at the time of release or printing.  Meditation Australia shall not be liable for any additional expenses incurred, injury, damage or loss caused by any unintended inaccuracy that might occur.


Personal information that you have provided to Meditation Australia is only used for the purposes in which it is given. Your information will never be sold, transferred or shared with any third parties, unless required by law.

We collect information from you when you book an event, place an order, subscribe to our e-newsletter or fill out any forms at one of our events or website. The information may be used to personalise or improve your experience, process transactions or to improve our website and e-newsletter. Your email address will only be used to notify you of updates relating to your purchases, email newsletter, booked events or services.

All sensitive or credit card information provided to us for purposes of settling payments or accounts is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database.  This is only accessible by those authorised with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.  The information gathered is never stored by us and is destroyed on completion of each transaction.
